He was also patient with me in trying to get answers for my numerous dumb questions about LLC paperwork and services offered through Prime Corporate. On my defense though, I am new to all of this owning a business stuff and just taking a breather to understand what all i have gotten done so far, so I just wanted to know what I have gotten myself into and how to explain the $$ spent and your benefits in comparison to if i would have just spent $100 to get an LLC here in Virginia. My Son got an LLC online for $100 and never had to go to the courthouse or waste too much time on any paperwork.
