David K. was able to help me by fixing a mistake and sending me the correct articles of organization that i never originally received. He was also patient with me in trying to get answers for my numerous dumb questions about LLC paperwork and services offered through Prime Corporate. On my defense though, I am new to all of this owning a business stuff and just taking a breather to understand what all i have gotten done so far, so I just wanted to know what I have gotten myself into and how to explain the $$ spent and your benefits in comparison to if i would have just spent $100 to get an LLC here in Virginia. My Son got an LLC online for $100 and never had to go to the courthouse or waste too much time on any paperwork.
