Laura Morris worked efficiently, diligently, communicated clearly on legal speak, and made her self accessible and responded quickly in order to complete a complicated property sale. More importantly she explained clearly any situation of legality. An experienced Senior Conveyancer and would recommend her legal services.

Almost 2 years after completing my move, and in the understanding that payment had been fully settled with premier property lawyers, I unexpectedly received a letter saying that I owe them another £162, but it said NOT to pay now. I tried to contact them to ask what this was for but I couldn’t get through to the conveyancer and my messages went unanswered. A couple of weeks later I received a letter in the post asking for urgent action to settle the amount otherwise they’ll “resort to the courts to settle this matter”. It gave me 5 days from the date in the letter to make full payment, but the letter didn’t arrive until 7 days after it was posted. I called the switchboard and was given another number to ring. Nobody answers this number and it just says that their “agents” are helping other customers, invites you to leave a message and ends the call. I have been calling endlessly and it appears they have no intention of picking up the phone or explaining why suddenly after almost two years I have another bill to pay, and why it could wait two years and then suddenly it’s so urgent that they have to threaten court action.

My conveyancer was efficient and approachable. She was professional and helpful. The on line app was super easy to use and kept me informed of what was going one. There was a short delay at the beginning of the case, which was unfortunate, however, I think that when the case started moving their reponses were very effcient.

My only niggle is the eway service that they use to upload documents and fill in forms is a nightmare and sometimes duplicates things, making the process confusing and can cause miss communication between clients and solicitors.

I completed on the sale of my property on Friday and I would like to thank Catherine Hoolahan for the excellent way she dealt with the sale. It was very stressful for myself and Catherine due to the buyers' solicitor not answering enquiries, asking for documents which had already been sent and never answering a phone call, it was done by a third party passing messages on. Whenever I rang, Catherine she always got back to me and the same with the emails always replied, I was never left in the dark, I always knew what was happening.
