Buying a mattress and the bedding was very difficult because they have different suppliers. I was being told my password was incorrect and I used two different email addresses in the end to sort it out.

Lovely snuggly duvet and pillows very comfortable, duvet definitely for a cold winter and soooooo snuggly . Roll on winter so I can use as I’ve now got it in storage.

Great comfy pillow and efficient delivery but costs a little bit more for what it actually is. It's not a luxury pillow as Premier Inn brand is not a 5-star chain but certainly does the job!
The arrangements were good and delivery was on time but the delivery personnel could have been much more considerate of our property.

I had bought the mattress last year and have always found the pillows very comfortable. Ordering the product and customer contact no issues. Evri service was used for posting is the BIG issue. They received the pillows and I was then sent an email to say my parcel was at their depot on the 16th awaiting delivery. It wasn’t until late on the 24th that they arrived at my chosen pick up point. Please Premier Inn at home, change courier!
the package has not even arrived - it was dumped on a street no where near my address by evri - so currently totally unsatisfied and don’t have a produce though you have my money - i would suggest you switch to an alternative delivery company and sort out the package to arrive to me
