Premier store in Lindsay Drive Kilmarnock, Scotland.The shop assistants are very miserable and rude.They continue to stock shelves when they can see you waiting.They do Yodel delivery/returns but it always feels like they can't be bothered doing it and you are an inconvenience especially the owners sister.It is not a pleasant experience shopping here.

My teenage daughter, who has a disability and is vulnerable, bought a box of chocolates, which had £6 written all over it, but the dishonest shop owner made her pay £11 for it. When she arrived home, I was fuming to realise that this box of chocolates is actually spoiled food as it had expired its sell-by date. Absolutely despicable behaviour.

Wolstanton Rd staffordshire premier shop never have money for scratchcard wins, you que up put items on the till to pay with your winnings and they say they have nothing to give you, the only shop I know what does this, been a life long customer and will not be going again, it went down bank once it became a premier shop, not even cheap either

Shop at Horsley Hill square in south shields, I have no words to describe staff , angry with racist issues they are all indian wearing turbines and harassing other people that wear hats just because they have a post office in there that is not often used by customers. They are slamming people's drinks of the counter when selling, they get rude and are saying awful stuff to customers calling people insults and throwing people out without reason because they don't like them as of other culture nationality. Never polite , treat people like criminals and discriminate people with protected characteristics. Roll their eyes and make their customers feel bad if ask what's the limit on card payments, I am shocked at the staff at this shop and management and how this is allowed, can't this shop see their reviews, why isn't anything being done about it? No manners at all , should be better vetted and checked, there's no point doing customer service if the serving staff acts like they work in border control and not a shop. Disgrace, pushing ladies around and telling them they are sex workers and they are working in care , such disrespectful regards for customers I have no words to describe this horrible service there. This shop should not be ran this way , it's a bad busses doing that to customers and still be allowed to run a customer store where people just have to buy the stuff they need to make coffee and toast. It's so awful. If a worker doesn't like someone because they have personal issues they can't throw them out for it , it is unlawful, they are there to sell things not to judge customers and pick and choose by their own liking for no reason to not let someone shop there because they lost a nerv and slammed the can and the customer wanted another one. Such bad management.

Park Avenue Store Redcar Friday 10th May 2024 around midday. Usually pleasant staff but today when returning a parcel I encountered a very rude woman who brusquely took over my transaction because the label roll needed changing. She took my parcel then argued with me over the need to stick the Evri label on my return package as there was already a barcode on it. This may well be the case but I asked her if she would stick the label on anyway, after all, it was printed out. This is usually what I would do myself and I would prefer it to have the label on. I wasn't being off with her in the least, just asking, but she answered "I should know I do these every day". I asked her again if she would put the sticker on and in a loud sarcastic voice in front of other customers said Yes Ma'am, goodbye and have a good day. I'll be in touch with Evri about this too. Total disrespect. I won't be going there again.

Premier Store, Aberystwyth. Out of date stock and a run down exterior that's a blight on the local area. Outside looks awful, it makes you wonder how bad it must be where the customer cannot see. Myself and many local people I know will never shop there.

My daughter and her friend went to premier on 21 Hennel Lane to buy some sweets. The guy who was working there burped to her ear and called her a pig . What kid of behaviour is this. We will never go there again

£8.67 for three bottles of soda water. Trading standards will be informed tomorrow. They have no prices on anything they sell. Standards in this country are at an all time low. They shouldn’t be allowed to get away with it but when you look at everything else standards have been non existent for quite some time.

Good shop but a disgrace for deliveries. 2 hour wait, is absolutely shocking and wrong order at times

The Premier store at Greenway, Allerton, Bradford is kept up to date about the wrong phone number being used and we are also getting phone calls relating to the Post Office situated within the store. We contacted the shop at 7.15a.m. on 4th April after we had a phone call on 3rd April at 9.30p.m. The shop assistant informed us in reply that they are not bothered about the loss of a customer. Since approximately October 2023 we have noted well over 50 phone calls and told the shop about this. As old age pensioners we are stressed with the situation (a phone call (after midnight) at 1.15a.m. and one on Christmas Day at 9.30a.m. We now advise customers who ring our phone number to find a shop that provides a correct telephone number and values their customers and not use the phone number given by Google for the Premier shop with Post Office at Greenway Allerton,Bradford.

Zero stars after today. Having told the owner in the Halstead, Kent shop that one of the Bisto chilli con carne meals (which I never asked for a refund for) was so disgusting that I wouldn’t give it to a dog it was obvious that he’d never forgiven me because he has been so cold and unfriendly. Today I bought some chocolate and asked for a receipt for reimbursement to which he replied “You’re not bringing it back are you?“ (the first communication in months!) to which I responded that I wouldn’t and asked him why he would ask such a question. He then kept saying “It’s not dogfood.“ and bitterly reminded me that I’d said that one meal I bought I wouldn’t give to a dog! it was such odd behaviour that I couldn’t hide my shock. I said “I’m entitled to an opinion aren’t I?“ but he just kept repeating that it wasn’t dogfood! I’m not sure why such unfriendly, bitter people work with the public. Above all others, they need to be friendly and helpful. We will never shop there again under any circumstances. 😔

Blofield premier shop on north street only ever sells out of date food and lumpy milk. BOYCOTT.

Stoke on Trent Carlisle Street. Staff are normally very polite and approachable, on this instance the man serving was verbally abusive. Went in to do a return and purchase a few items to come out of the store distressed, shaken and scared. The clean shaven male with a clean shaven head started swearing using the “F” word none stop. He didn’t swear once, repeatedly swore and kept telling he wasn’t serving me and to F off out of his shop. I did and said nothing wrong. Absolutely disgusting way to speak to anybody which has left me shaken and scared to ever enter the store. Not a safe store if that male is working in the store. So bad I have informed the police about this vile man’s behaviour. This is a family run business and the “manager has viewed the cctv and claims he’s on his final warning. He has behaved this way on many occasions this is his not first time with many of the local ladies but no one has reported him. Avoid at all cost if you’re a lady and that bully is behind the counter as he targets women.

Really cheap unhealthy shop. Nothing healthy and marketed at people that live in poor demographic areas. Shameful

I would give no stars if I could - the Post Office section male at the Shepton Mallet Premier shop was rude and brusque. Shouted at us that the first parcel was too big - almost told us to get out with it. Then tried to grab my daughter's phone as she was taking longer than he liked to get the other two parcel details and then questioned what he had done wrong. Avoid Yodel and Evri as those need you to deposit parcels with Premier. Awful experience.

Why would they call themselves parcel shops if they don’t take any parcels? I went to one of them in Milton Keynes this afternoon and would like to return a medium size parcel. The shopkeeper refused us as claimed that my parcel was too heavy for its shelf. Well, it’s just a medium one and less than 10kg. I had no idea what their shelf could do if it could not afford a medium size parcel like this. The shopkeeper said they could only collect parcels within 2kg. How ridiculous it was!

I was to receive a parcel , the driver from UPS redirected the parcel to the local Premier store at 310 Fleetwood Road , North . I called to collect the parcel and I was told by the shopkeeper repeatedly ,that I needed a code ? I had the ticket left throgh my letter box and a form of identity . He would not release the parcel ! I contacted UPS and asked what the code was , they did not know ? I returned to the shop the following day and the shopkeepers wife repeated , in hardly decipherable broken english ,the same as her husband the day before ,they needed this code that UPS are unaware of ? The crazy thing is I could see the parcel with my name and address on it and pointed this out , she again refused to hand over the parcel .I have had to contact UPS again and they confirmed yeat again no such code exists ! I have had to request that UPS collect the parcel from the shop and redilver it to me at my home address again today ? A crazy situation whereby the shopowner does not understand how the rules work . I left the shop for the second time extremely angry that the shop keeper would not hand over my parcel . To add insult to injury the wife of the shopkeeper has barred me from the shop ?? Bizarre or what !!!

MRL Frome Convenience Store. Very unhelpful when trying to send a Collect+ parcel. Miserable curt assistant.
