I worked at Premier Stores (M and G Stores) in Dawlish Warren for the summer season and we havnt been paid our final pay, we've had wage slips but no pay!!

I bought a mineral crystal coffee cup from these thieves... and it was just a painted small piece of crap cup not even worth using and ugly as can be.. for 30 dollars! Order took like 60 plus days to get here.. why didn't I think of selling things not ordered for high prices to make money... I hope the people involved get cancer
Today I visited my Local Premier Store at the Hawthornes, Dundee. I was having difficulty returning a parcel. The staff could not have done enough for me, so kind ad professional. Thank you o ce again for your excellent customer service. Highly recommend this store.
I waited a month to get these corny shoes I made the mistake of thinking they were uggs by the time I noticed I tried to cancel but was returned a long letter and it's the same letter everytime I email them the shoes arrived in a black plastic bag that's still wrapped up ready to ship back bullcrap
Absolute nightmare!!! It took over a month to receive my order and of course I did not receive what I purchased. In fact it was completely opposite of what I ordered. The customer service is not existent and I’ve never regretted an online purchase this much in my history of online purchases. Very disappointed.
Different prices different stores
I ordered over a month ago and they have not sent any information on shipping ..i have reached out by email and no answer At all been over a week and just a robot generic answer . May have to call banks and report a fraud company.
Absolute scam. They operate under Grafton Collection also. Stay away from this Chinese scam.

Uppingham absolutely smashing staff always friendly always got everything you need. They even keep an eye on my dog in the car for me while I shop on their Camera. Keep up the great work great local shop and lovely people with a smile thank you.

Parcel ordered 26Oct Xmas gift it's now 16 Dec I get genetic replies. ITS THE WORST PLACE TO SHOP. THEY DONT CARE AT ALL i have sent 4 emails all I get is absolutely no help whatsoever.
Sell vapes to children - lack of education into what is in a vape e.g. bleach, anti-freeze, rat poison, battery acid. They aim marketing at children to wrap up the addiction and ensure profit for many years. The lowest and least ethical form of money making.
Terrible terrible terrible! The worst shops on whole UK, maybe even whole Europe! Seems like that’s not just one shop problem! Every single Premier shop I have been in seems like just one the worst than another! I avoid these shops like plague now. How they still exist is a miracle!
I have a Premier Store about 10 yards from where I live but only use it in emergencies becauseof the ridiculously high prices on just about everything. Recently within the last month I have called in there on about 9 occasions for a few staple items rather than travel 2 miles to Aldi in the car. On every occasion ive been overcharged ! Bread which is priced at £1.25 on the shelf goes through at £1.49 on the till. Sometimes items are scanned sometimes they are not. Ive noticed when an unscanned price is typed in its never whats showing on the shelf and always more ! Eggs overcharged, Butter overcharged, items which have an offer price or buy two for £2 always seem to lead to overcharging as they are never implemented. The usual girl on the check-out looks embarrassed every time I go in now, as ive constantly pulled them up about this over-charging! Make sure you watch what they do and add all your items up to know what you should pay. Watch when they scan in an item to see if the till price matches the shelf price. I'm certain all this over-charging is a deliberate ploy !
the store in shear brow blackburn over charge people it maybe pennies but they all mount up all the staff do it so i think they have been told to do it also if the price says £1.95 on the shelf lable with the item name and it says £1.49 on the item they have to charge the price that is on the item but they don't they charge from the label on the shelf and some people don't realise what is going on all the staff are ripping customers off they tried it with me but i refused to buy it.
Biggest scam ever!! Do not use! Ordered snoopy clogs they sent me plain white after 6 wks waiting, and said it was just a color variance! Then would only refund 100% if I mailed them back at my expense!
If I could give no stars I would. Barrage of abuse trying to sort out an error on a parcel drop off receipt when it was scanned incorrectly. Verbally abused and told to get out of the shop and take my parcels. My parcels thrown on the floor. Shop worker screaming her head off, and completely losing it.
The lady at the postoffice inside Premier stores Rivermead is so rude and slow. She nees to learn customer service skills. Just because I said I didn't want to pay over 6.00 to return a parcel when there are other cheaper services available (like courier or Royal mail 48 hr tracked online,)she said... its not my fault...was I blaming her no...just saying I didn't want to pay 6.00. You wonder why little shops are going out of business. I will never ever set foot in that place again. I will go to Brixington where my custom in appreciate.
