Just been to drop off a package at the Post Office in the Horsefair, Kidderminster. And the staff were absolutely vile! So pointlessly rude and unhelpful! We will be taking our custom elsewhere in future. If I could give 0 stars I would. Vile people.

We had a great postman last year, and then he retired, gone to pot since, I have not had any mail for weeks unless it was a parcel, they deliver at random times as well. I often get mail that is intended for someone else! This time I chaised the postman down and gave him the letter back that he had posted through my door. I’m expecting some important stuff as well! Bedford is the town and MK41 is the area

I want to express how wonderfully I was…

I want to express how wonderfully I was treated at Calhoun Ky post office. I needed a passport and didn’t know how to go about it. Dawn helped me on two different occasions. Dawn was very patient and helped me to get documents I needed as I didn’t know how to use the internet very well. She was very informative, wrote down contact numbers for me. Helped me to understand why I needed these documents. I am grateful to her. Please give her a raise, she is worth it!!!

Do not bank with the post office unless…

Do not bank with the post office unless you never want to see your money again. It is impossible to transfer or withdraw your money. My husband has just spent the last 3 1/2 hours on the phone and online trying to transfer his money. We have just sent our third email regarding it and still no response.

Avoid at all costs

I recently had a really disappointing experience at Alsager Post Office that I feel I need to share. While I was there, I saw a customer who was clearly frustrated about an issue with the Amazon return service. Instead of trying to understand, the staff responded rudely, with comments like, “What a sad life he must have if he’s angry at us.” This kind of dismissive attitude feels completely unacceptable in the presence of other customers, especially in a customer service setting where people often have valid reasons for their frustrations. To be clear, the customer wasn’t abusive or rude to the staff just understandably upset that a service advertised as available had been inaccessible for three months. When I tried to give some constructive feedback on how the staff handled the situation, they were closed off, defensive, and seemed to take my feedback as an annoyance rather than a chance to improve. Instead of listening, they became argumentative, showing signs of aggression and even becoming abusive toward me. If the staff can’t handle customer frustrations with a bit of empathy or take feedback without becoming hostile, it might be worth rethinking if they’re suited to customer service at all. Qualities like patience, respect, and a willingness to listen were clearly missing here. Sadly, this isn’t my first poor experience at this location, though it’s the most convenient post office for me. But after multiple issues, I’d rather take my business to nearby locations like Kidsgrove or Golden Hill, where I’m more likely to be treated respectfully. To make matters worse, when I shared my feedback, the manager and another staff member replied, “Well, if you don’t like it, you know what you can do.” After this incident, a parcel I posted with a 24-hour service arrived three days late, making me wonder if the delay was intentional due to my feedback. I’d strongly advise others to avoid this location. The staff come across as unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful, with little regard for customer satisfaction or service quality.

Back in 10 minutes. Again!!!

Marlborough St Plymouth. Post Office The amount of times I’ve tried using this post office and the amount of times there’s a note on the window “back in 10mins” Today. Same sign. Queue of 8 people and the assistant finally turned up 25 minutes later. This was at 10.30 in the morning. No wonder customer numbers are falling.

Hit and miss really

Hit and miss really. It annoys me that you can buy the postage cheaper online. The customer service is pretty awful most of the time. And good luck if you lose a parcel! Works okay most of the time though, for light parcels

Exmouth post

Exmouth post, I am now receiving my mail once a week. All junk mail, 1st and 2nd class mail arrive together. This has been going on for months. Not ideal when your trying to sell a house, is this the norm now.

cheating people out of money

I ordered a new remote control for the TV is was to arrive Wednesday 30th October it had a tracking number so when tea time came I checked the tracking and it said the thing had been delivered. I checked my camera and also asked my neighbour to check her one as both camera's cover both paths. No sign of any person other than my husband and myself. Husband went to local sorting office and told she couldn't find any record even when he gave her the tracking number. The post person was right next to my house on that same afternoon because she received a parcel thrown over her back yard wall so no excuse for mine not coming. The price the post office is charging for a service they are not providing needs to be stopped for taking money from people under false pretences they are doing what they are paid for. I was given a number to phone did this was given a different number to phone that went on for five different number without a person to actually talk to. I have ordered another the order was through ebay to I have contacted them and hopefully get my money back. But someone needs to take the post office to task I am not the only one having delivery problems

Splott post office in Cardiff

Splott post office in Cardiff. A rare jewel is this little post office. It's always busy and yet the staff are so helpful and friendly. The one ace they allow to pay in cash without the denomination cash bags being full. I pay in charity money and there's always a few pence left over. In most offices they tell me they don't have the facilities to count the bagged up money but in Splott they count it by hand and it's done in a minute. If only the other post offices were as helpful. I have to travel out of my way to go to this office but it's well worth it.

Peterborough Bridge st staff awful customer service shouting at me

Peterborough bridge st amazing how the member of staff said I have no common sense. They have had me running around for 2 weeks and then denied that I was owed the money I had paid for fo evri delivery they advised on. £700 pair of shoes went around in circles and came back to me and then the lady was the rudest member of staff behind a counter I have come across. Called me a liar and said I have no common sense. Now I’m out of pocket for nearly £50 and she had no clue of how to deal with it apart from shouting at me
