Came across Porta by coincidence and whilst battling with Shiply’s million quotes and emails that followed. Very frustrated and discouraged with the communication with Shiply and just how impossible it was to get anyone to commit without a million messages each time. Porta on the other hand was Excellent- I was blown away by how easy, clear and straightforward online process was. I was so surprised I felt I had to call to double check whether my booking was actually properly logged! All was perfect and Really helpful staff answered my call and confirmed “yes it is just that simple and straightforward”. The price was excellent and actually much better than any I got from Shiply (and I got about 100, and they are still coming and inundating my inbox!!!!). Driver was great- no issues. Kept me informed at every stage. I love the concept it’s a clever business idea that makes so much sense. Love encouraging such businesses! A MILLION times better than Shiply I would highly advise anyone who needs goods transported saves themselves precious time and avoids Shiply and goes straight to Porta.

I Used Porta delivry to return some flooring great price amazing customer service and communication throughout. Used chat to help complete the order very helpful. Driver was friendly and provided photos of everything loaded in the van and at the drop of. I would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Quick easy and cheap!

Super impressed with this service! I managed to book the day before for the item to be collected. I was sent photos when the item was collected, given the number of the driver and email and everything was done on time. Super service I would definitely use again thank you very much!!

Easy to book online, easy to communicate updates, the driver turned up as planned, the yorkstone was rather heavy but we managed it between us and it was delivered to the end location - all trouble free. I will definitely use Porta Delivery again, and highly recommend them too.
