The whole process of arranging my delivery, right through to collection and delivery was great. The company responded straight away to my messages and were always courteous and helpful. The guy Tee who collected my parcels, kept me updated as to when he would arrive and arrived when he said he would. He was great - ensuring my fragile package was stored securely. My parcel was delivered in good time and when promised. Definitely recommend these guys

I chose Porta because of their good Trustpilot reviews and was not disappointed. There was an odd technical glitch when I booked via the website, but excellent customer service via the online chat function left me confident that all would go according to plan.

The sofas (2 x 3 seater French collection sofas) left collection point, in a brand new, pristine state. They arrived very dirty and will cost £180 to be professionally cleaned . Incredibly disappointed by the service, absolutely gutted at the state of the sofas, mud all over them because they collected a dirty hire van. Their original was having maintenance. I think this is unacceptable.

Fast response to booking and quick delivery. Almost too efficient - gave 3 possible dates and courier suggested next day, which wasn't one of them. Ended up going with that, so much faster than anticipated.

Fantastic experience. Total cost to move very large awkward item was 1/5 what DHL wanted. My only feedback is to make the address chooser on the website more flexible, it's a bit worrying when you can't find an exact match of the address and it doesn't let you edit it, but amazing service

Tremendous first experience with Porta. From moment of booking the communication and notifications were excellent. My courier Nathan made direct contact with me, he was professional and polite. The whole process was totally seemless. Will defo use again A+++

On balance, not a great experience. Negatives: arranged a collection date from my dad's house (and he stayed home all day waiting), but no-one turned up. On rearranging, I had to repeat a lot of the details already supplied in the initial booking: the size and weight of the items, the collection and delivery postcodes, the fact it was a two person job, and the delivery was to a second floor flat. None of the info on the original booking seemed to have been read or noted. Positives: easy initial booking process, and the guys who made the delivery were pleasant, helpful and friendly

I was stuck with a messed up delivery from a store, the response was swift and cheaper than others. The service was exemplary and exceeded expectations. The driver was super polite and friendly keeping me appraised on progress at all times. Defo use again!

It was very difficult to find a courier that could promise me pickup before 10am. Until I found Porta delivery. Edward from porta delivery really looked after me and made the whole process extremely easy. The price was also competitive and worth it. Very satisfied and will definitely use again in the future.
