Complete and utter let down !! Took time off work, waited for driver to come, between 8am-12pm, received yet another email confirming driver would be here.. 10:55, delivery cancelled due to circumstances out of our control. Useless… Rest assured won’t be using this lot again… plus have to wait for my money back !!! HNY 😡

Great experience with the return of a shower screen back to the retailer. The driver kept me informed, collected the item on time and was delivered on time as well. I'd use Porta again for sure!

Absolutely love what this company is about! Their quote was significantly better than other quotes we received, and their customer care was exceptional - it felt really nice to feel like you were being spoken to by humans! The delivery driver, Max, who we were connected with was very accommodating and simply a lovely man too who took real care in what he did for us. We would not hesitate to recommend Porta and will definitely be using them again!

Nice and easy process, driver gave me updates of how long he was going to be and sent a picture when it was collected. Good prices compared to other companies!

Delivery wasn’t on time as it was scheduled and my sofa foot was broken. I have check with the supplier they said they have checked everything was perfectly good before delivery so it must be broken in delivery van. I am not happy with the service I received and i need compensation for the damage
