The material was helpful and the testing experience was as good as my testing experiences with other certification institutions.

What made this really great for me was that the training and trainers were relevant to the field of PM and the test. The tips from trainers Susan and Orlando were the differentiators. Their advice led to more resources and ideas for expanding my career as well as increasing the odds of passing my test which I passed with flying colors. Looking forward to more of what PMI has to offer!

Resources available, updates on LinkedIn are a great way to keep everyone informed and up to date. Improvements: I have reached out to San Francisco Bay Area Chapter regarding inability to join new PMI member meetings but I have not heard back. Addressing PMI members concerns is important for members to be able to navigate impediments

The path to certification was clear and straight forward. Assistance was available and given when required. A positive experience and I am pleased to have attained my PMP.

Working with PMI directly was great. The application process and all the tools they offered were high quality. I found particular value using Study Hall Essentials to practice for the exam. Before taking the exam I would have given 5 stars. However, the exam experience itself was so awful that I am reducing the score to 3 stars. PMI uses a third party, Pearson VUE to administer remote exams. Pearson VUE requires you to download an application called OnVUE to take the exam. It is beyond me why in 2025 we would need to download an application rather than taking the exam in a web-based application. The application is clunky and the tools available (calculator, highlighter, notes) are rudimentary. It feels like the application was developed in 2025 and has received only minor updates since then. In summary, the polish and professionalism of PMI itself is cheapened by OnVUE application used for remote test taking.

The testing process was convenient and professional, would recommend this location. Really appreciated that the testing days were so flexible, many other locations were only once a month. Staff was friendly and informative

The challenge of understanding the mindset and relating all of the principles to my daily job. This education opened my eyes on how we conduct a lot of business in the military.

Application was an easy step for me. From there I scheduled the test at a nearby center and took the test. One feedback where there could be more information of is about rules about the test center where I had to go to google to consult dress code and if small snacks were allowed.

Response time from PMI regarding any clarification and suggestion is very slow

I did not like the differences between "PMI's way of doing things" and the "real world" way of doing things. Essentially for the test I had to learn the tricks to answer correctly according to PMI, which is necessarily the way it would be done in the real world.

Flawless and smooth. It was an overall wonderful experience, the breaks were also helpful.

My PMP experience with PMI was rigorous but worth it. The materials, structure, and guidance helped me stay on track and ultimately succeed. A solid investment in my career.

My PMP exam experience with PMI was excellent. The structure, clarity, and real-world relevance of the questions made the exam challenging but fair. The testing center experience went smoothly, and the post-exam instructions were clear. Earning the certification feels truly meaningful, and I appreciate the professionalism and quality standards PMI maintains throughout the entire process.

PMI's website provides all the information one needs to initiate and complete the PMP certification process. They responded within the timeline given, in both cases I was notified BEFORE the span of time given. If it states I would be notified in between 2 to 5 days I was notified by day 3. If it states results can take 24-48 hours I was notified within 20 hours. However, I did reach out to a local Chapter and they never responded back to my request for support.

PMI is extremely professional but easy to navigate, the PMP exam was hard but preparation is key. I have learnt so much from preparing for my exam.
