Good quality water softener salt tablets at a good price. However, delivery was delayed, which I had to chase up twice. Otherwise, it would have been 5 stars.

Prompt delivery but it was left out in the rain

Online advertising for 2 day delivery. I had to ring chasing my order, to be told it would be coming from your suppliers mid Jan. You said it was in stock and then dispatched once you had taken my money. I'm still awaiting my refund. Not impressed, second time you have let me down. There will not be a third

Fittings i ordered turned up in-between the Christmas & New Year period when nowhere was open. Very happy customer getting the underfloor heating working for New Year!

Plumbing Superstore sent me a request to do a review 9 days after I made my order and a week after I got an email from them stating that the item had been fully dispatched. It is now two weeks since I made my order and the part I need for my boiler still has not arrived. I can’t give any details on the boiler part ordered but I can say if you need a part and want it quickly Plumbing Superstore is NOT the place to go.

Very responsive and helpful in sourcing a part that they did not sell. Delivery the very next day. Excellent.

Bought a new water meter for a job, metal threads were damaged,not much but enough for the plastic fitting to cross thread. Always put tape on but not enough to stop from dripping. Had to get two more fittings, tape and paste later and no dripping , but not happy I won't things to be 100% when I finish not 99%. I did this job Christmas eve and had cut supply to house to fit so no option but to fit.i even tried threading a metal fitting on to straighten threads but still took 3 fitting and a trip to local supplier. Not really there fault but fittings had been rattling about in box needs better packaging. Other than that good price and delivery
