Long wait for delivery. Still not arrived.

Plumbing Superstore sent me a request to do a review 9 days after I made my order and a week after I got an email from them stating that the item had been fully dispatched. It is now two weeks since I made my order and the part I need for my boiler still has not arrived. I can’t give any details on the boiler part ordered but I can say if you need a part and want it quickly Plumbing Superstore is NOT the place to go.
