I needed a sink & cabinet urgently. Had to be a particular size & Plumbing Superstore seemed to be the only company in the UK that stocked one. We live in Herts & I dispatch my husband to pick up from Darlington, an 8 hours round trip. Shaun (I think that was his name🤞) was incredibly helpful checked if was in stock got back to me in minutes & had it ready for collection was super impressed thank you so much.

Great Product and Great Service. Almost everything about the order was great. Price. Product. Service. Quality. My only adverse comment I have, is that I should have picked up that there were no website references to suitable couplers and accessories, or even the thread provided on the conduit. This meant I had a search to find suitable items from another source. Otherwise, everything was good.

The part came as requested it was not the part I needed at this moment in time however it may come in handy in the future, the part was needed to help with the repair of a pipe to a toilet cistern but the plumber i used sourced a silver shut (flat screwdriver type of valve) however the part can be used for something else should i need it in the future. The part is well made and will do the job, looks good too as a valve that is useful, and will last a long time.
