Bought a new water meter for a job
Bought a new water meter for a job, metal threads were damaged,not much but enough for the plastic fitting to cross thread. Always put tape on but not enough to stop from dripping. Had to get two more fittings, tape and paste later and no dripping , but not happy I won't things to be 100% when I finish not 99%. I did this job Christmas eve and had cut supply to house to fit so no option but to fit.i even tried threading a metal fitting on to straighten threads but still took 3 fitting and a trip to local supplier. Not really there fault but fittings had been rattling about in box needs better packaging. Other than that good price and delivery
