I’ve been working with my amazing coach, Allie, for the past 3 months. During this time I have lost 13 pounds and 15.5 inches. More importantly, with Allie’s support and guidance, together with the tools provided by PLT (including delicious recipes and workout plans), I have changed my body composition, gained confidence, and developed healthier habits. I’m thankful for PLT’s fantastic program and my wonderful coach!
PLT is the best. The results are more than I could have ever hoped for. As a post menopausal woman trying to recover from surgery I was struggling to regain strength and muscle. I had always considered myself a “healthy eater” and stayed physically active, however I wasn’t seeing results. So, after doing some research, I decided to join a PLT Nutrition program and I’m so glad I did. The whole experience has been so positive and I am now so much stronger, healthier, and have more energy than I ever did before. I really do feel ( and look) 10 years younger! PLT’s approach is so effective because a) they really know their stuff ….. especially when it comes to mature women, and what we need. b) they keep it real… no ridiculous complicated diets or unrealistic abstinence. c) they are super supportive and take the time to understand your specific needs. d) you have the opportunity to be part of an empowering and uplifting community. I have learned so much over the past few months and am so grateful to my amazing coach for all of the expert guidance and encouragement. So happy to be part of the PLT community!

The app is cumbersome and difficult to use. The video content is inconsistent, lacks audible voice over, is often difficult to follow and does not repeat for duration of exercise. Most metrics can be pulled in from MFP but why can’t fiber water and weight be pulled in? These are unnecessary extra steps. I also find soliciting for 5 star reviews a questionable business practice.
Allie, my coach, had been an awesome partner throughout this process. She has explained to me what tweaks we’re making and why. Looking forward to continuing on with the program. Thanks for all your support Allie!
Great coaches! The coaches at PLT are terrific and there is no judgement ever! All they want to do is help and the approach that is taken is very personalized and realistic in terms of life!
Like most middle-aged women (I'm soon 50) the weight just kept creeping on the last few years until I found myself unexpectedly (and embarrassingly!) crying one random day walking my dog. I knew I needed support. Nothing I was doing was working and the frustration was sabotaging my happiness. I searched online and was looking at a couple different places, but PLT had a free FB community and I wanted to lurk a while and see if they were just hype. Conclusion: NOT HYPE. The most genuine company with the healthiest approach to weight loss I have ever come across. I signed up for 13 weeks the first time, and then kept re-signing as I learned more and started to see real changes. I ended up working with a fabulous coach for 1 year but have been part of the FB community for much longer. I've lost 25lbs and 20 inches but more than that I have a whole new relationship to food *and* movement/exercise. The journey has been truly transformational and I cannot recommend PLT enough. Since my initial weight loss I have traveled internationally multiple times, attended weddings and parties and events, and live a full life. I don't starve or berate myself and have even finally learned there are no "bad" foods (everything in moderation!) A long review, I know. But if you're like me and really want to believe in the value of something before you're willing to invest, let me assure you PLT is worth it. Come lurk in the FB community and get to know them first, if you like.
PLT is the most balanced program I have ever participated in. The community is the best and my coach Jessica C is one of the most caring people I have ever met. I highly recommend PLT.
Maxine has been attentive to my nutrition needs. Her willingness to work with vegetarian diet has been so helpful. Her quick adjustments have helped my sports performance and overall health and well-being.
Been working with PLT for one year know and could not be happier with my results. It is all about the process and learning to enjoy food and not go crazy when out.
It was easy! People don’t believe me. My coach, Allie, gave me the tools and support I needed. Having daily, weekly and monthly check-ins provides the accountability I needed. I feel like I eat more now than I ever have because I’m eating nutrient dense food. I no longer have a “sweet tooth” and crave sugar 24/7 but I still get to indulge due to the flexibility with PLT. The best part is it has been sustainable and fit into my busy life as a new mom and full time nurse. I haven’t change my fitness schedule but by improving my nutrition and achieving a leaner body mass my performance at the gym has greatly improved. I recommend PLT to everyone!

I've been working with a coach through PLT for just over 3 months now. The changes I've seen throughout these 3 months are amazing and the support I've received has been fantastic. My coach Allie checks in with me weekly via a video and we meet live 1x a month to discuss progress, concerns, etc. - in between there's a chat functionality and I've never waited longer than a day to hear back from her! Throughout these initial 3 months I've lost ~11 pounds and ~15 inches, and I'm so happy with my progress. I plan to continue with another 13 weeks as I approach maintenance!
Working with PLT was a great experience. I have done many diets that never seem to work but I was successful with PLT. Having a coach guide you through macros was very helpful I learned proper nutrition. I highly recommend people sign up and get the support they need to create a healthy body.
I have now done a complete year of coaching with PLT. I lost most of the weigh in the first 13 week block, then focused on maintenance for the next 26 weeks. During the holidays my weight shifted up a couple pounds out of my ideal range and so after 13 more weeks I’ve drifted back down and am ready to continue getting to the low end of my range and then shifting back to maintenance. Even though I went up a couple pounds around Christmas, the best part was rolling into the New Year not being convinced I need to try a new diet to lose weigh. I now know what works for me and it’s easy to shift back into plan feeling confident. I’m so thankful to have a coach like Allie who is always finding the positives in my daily/weekly activity and encouraging me when I need it most. Love PLT and will never need any other program!
I initially signed up for a 12-week plan in hopes of losing 10-15 pounds I'd gained in the past decade. While that might not seem like much compared to other people's experiences, I recognized that my body was changing as I entered my 40s (and my blood pressure, A1C and cholesterol were rising) and that I needed to do something differently if I wanted to maintain good health into my 50s, 60s and beyond. Coach Katie was very helpful, patient and reassuring as I initially wasn't seeing as much change as I hoped, and worked with me to tweak our program based on my lifestyle habits and eating patterns. I decided to extend my membership, and as I got into the fourth month of the program, I started to see the results I was looking for. Now, 9-10 months in, I'm almost at my weight loss goal, I've learned so much more about macros and finding the best ways to get the protein I need and I'm feeling good too. I'll know how to maintain this as well once I enter the maintenance phase, which is something I struggled with in past programs (thus gaining all my weight back). I highly recommend PLT Nutrition and I'd encourage anyone who's feeling frustrated or not seeing results immediately to stick with it! It's been a great investment
