I had a great experience with PLT. I learned things I was doing that was contributing to my weight gain.
I learned a lot and feel like I have the tools to move forward. Unfortunately, I had 3 different coaches during my time which was a little challenging and disappointing. Overall though, the guidance and encouragement received was great.
I am so thankful that I found PLT. For about a year or so I followed the advice and free information from the community group and lost a little over 40 pounds. Then I signed up with a coach to lose the last 10 pounds. It’s the one on one coaching that is truly the magic piece. I lost 16 pounds while working with my coach and am so much stronger. PLT taught me the importance of protein and fiber. I feel young again and can move my body in ways I haven’t for years. I highly recommend PLT coaching !!
What a very bad experience and customer service. I had to pay money for something I did not really do. I am not blaming their coaches, it is not their fault. You need to be very careful. They are scams. I only met with the coach once and was not able to continue and they still charged me twice for the service. I had to pay $450 for a service that was never provided to me and guess what they don't even accept your feedback. They will delete all negative comments to show off that they are five stars. Never heard of this kind of service. I really regret it.
PLT Nutrition and specifically Coach Jessica have been a game changer for me. Their approach focusing on consistency and not perfection has made the changes that I knew I needed to make feel less daunting. The weekly checkins with my coach not only have kept me accountable as I am changing my habits but more importantly have made me feel successful even if the scale didn't move that week. In the past I would have second guessed if my macros were correct or if I was doing the right workouts. Jessica encouraged me to stick with the process and helped me see the value in consistent progress versus a quick fix that won't last.
Signing up with PLT was my birthday gift to myself, and the best gift I could have received! Working with Allie has been awesome, and I have really seen results, not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally, thanks to her help and guidance. I highly recommend PLT Nutrition to anyone who wants to build those sustainable healthy habits that will last a lifetime!
PLT absolutely makes a healthier approach to life easy and attainable! I came to PLT after falling off of healthy habits after a death in the family, causing me to gain unneeded weight that I struggled to find motivation to take back off. Following the foundations eased me in and ultimately just became a part of my routine. My coach is INCREDIBLE and so supportive! Any time I have a question or feel like I'm falling off track, I know I can trust her to advise me. Four months in, I feel like the changes I've made are forever-changes that have just become part of my life. I'm so grateful to the whole PLT community!

Signing up for a PLT coach was exactly what I needed to lose my weight and learn new nutritional habits. I have been active all of my life and when an extra 15 pounds crept up on me I signed up for three months of PLT coaching to learn better nutrition. The phrase “ you can’t out run a bad diet” kept resonating in my head. My coach taught me the foundations of how to rethink my food choices. For me, the biggest help was being accountable to my coach, and knowing that she was going to be reviewing my food choices and my macro/nutrient numbers. In the end, I lost 15 pounds and learned new habits and how to make better food choices.

Where do I begin. Several years ago I did about 6 months w PLT and Coach Deb. I was crazy successful and followed all the rules. When I went back on my own, the weight creeped back in. So, I’m back. But this time with balance. Seeing success is what motivates me- but getting me to that point was Coach Deb and her belief in me!
I have been working w Monica for 12 weeks and can easily say I feel great. Both she and the fundamentals of the program have taught me so much: nutrition, fitness, to evaluate my own tendancies, and it’s all about progress not perfection. Monica is my cheerleader and motivated me - and amazingly enough I saw results over these 12 weeks. She truly wants you to succeed!

Love working with my coach and having someone listen and adjust my calories and macros accordingly. Learning not to rely solely on the number on the scale. I haven’t lost as much as I hoped but I do see my body changing in other ways. Happy so far!
