Easy process, well communicated and nine times out of ten you can get hold of your conveyancer, which is rather rare in the legal profession.

From day one, we were clearly instructed through email and documents on the portal what was required and it was simple enough to upload via the portal app. Sean was prompt, persistent and professional throughout the process, and undertook his duties and role with diligence and with an eye for detail to ensure everything was being provided and obtained as required. Where there were delays in the process, Sean continued to chase on our behalf and no query or issue was a problem for him with quick responses and clarity provided. Aside from delays out of Sean’s hands, the process was smooth and stress free in terms of his involvement and role to ensure we completed the house sale!
