Great tasting product mixes well with water or milk. Will order again next time
Not a good variety of products and flavors. The shipping take too long too. By third party stores / resellers ist faster and there ist more variety to choose.

I paid for next day delivery when ordering goods on the night of Wednesday 11th December and didn’t receive delivery until Sunday 15th December. However, despite this disappointment, Beth from PHD sorted this for me in the right way very promptly by refunding me the delivery charge and even stepping up further by giving me 2 months premium delivery on my account as a gesture of goodwill. Big thanks to Beth for all of her help sorting this for me so quickly.

Use a courier that delivers your products, rather than losing the package and later claiming it was "delivered." Because they claim to have delivered I get no refund or replacement and I'm out of pocket.
Excellent company. It's always easy to use the website and order. You're kept informed at each stage through to delivery. Everything is always packed well and arrives in excellent condition. I order a variety of 3 different powders which I alternate and all taste great.
I enjoy PhD Proteins very much. The quality is good and they taste delicious. Bought whey and lean powders. They taste and mix beautifully. Tried different brands, but these are my favourites in terms of taste. Chocolate peanut is one of my favourites.
Been using phd for a few years now and couldn’t be without my smart protein now
After a week of using Lemon Sherbet fat burner, I’ve noticed no difference in my energy. I’ve spent the same time at the gym and actually gained 6lb on this product. It taste like ass too, I have the stop myself from vomiting after every sip. Gross.
Good prompt delivery
Always a good service when using PHD. I had an issue when my order arrived as one of the bags of protein had split at the bottom and went everywhere. I emailed their support team and within minutes I was being dealt with by a gentleman called Jonathan who was very helpful. Offered a replacement or refund and was all sorted no hassle at all.

The protein tastes really off! Not enough caramel, possibly. A very different taste from the last order (same flavour). Was about to call customer services. Very disappointed.
Avoid using Evri and everything would be ok.

Within 24 hours, I received a replacement pack of protein powder. I truly appreciate her prompt response and the efficient way she managed the situation.
