Firstly great product have been a fan of the vegan range for a while and recently brought the subscription. There was a courier issue on this months delivery but Johnathan was able to offer really fast, friendly and effective customer service to get the issue resolved. So overall highly recommend

Delivery was a complete mess. Don't know why PhD persist in using the delivery company they do. But I can't have these issues. Was a longstanding PhD customer but I'm done.

Only lost a star cos they don't do them lovely protein bars without the hard bits on top .

Had a bit of an issue with an order from the Amazon store but it was quickly sorted by Beth from customer services, thanks

Good All Round!

I signed up for a new subscription and the product page showed the fully discounted price but the website charged me full price. I submitted a website request to rectify the price a week ago and, to date, I have been blanked. Not a way to encourage people to be repeat customers. Their website is quirky to say the least and you have to watch like a hawk to ensure it does what it said it is going to do.

Been ordering phd protein powder for years. Something is seriously off with the taste as of recently. 3 different pouches of powder all with a bad taste. Don't know if recipe has changed in order to bring down costs or something has slipped in in the production line but it tastes almost poisonous. Very disappointing as it used to be my go to protein powder.

My problem wasn't really with SIS but the reseller. However when I contacted SIS support they really tried to help me, taking ownership of the problem and using their influence on the reseller. Really impressive.

I had a question about nutrition and couldn't find anything in the FAQs. Jonathan provided a speedy answer in the live chat

Not sure if recipe has recently changed however flavour was not good and protein has a very chalky texture.

Would like to praise Beth from the SIS support team. Extremely helpful with all enquires and went above and beyond to assist. Very lucky to have someone like Beth on the team. Keep smashing it Beth! Liam P
