Late Delivery
I paid for next day delivery when ordering goods on the night of Wednesday 11th December and didn’t receive delivery until Sunday 15th December. However, despite this disappointment, Beth from PHD sorted this for me in the right way very promptly by refunding me the delivery charge and even stepping up further by giving me 2 months premium delivery on my account as a gesture of goodwill. Big thanks to Beth for all of her help sorting this for me so quickly.
