Terrible Product & Poor Customer Service from PhD Nutrition
I purchased the White Chocolate Blonde protein bars, and they were completely inedible. The bars were rock hard, hurt my teeth, and left me with a dry mouth. I’ve tried many protein bars over the years, and these were by far the worst. To make matters worse, when I reached out to PhD Nutrition directly to discuss the quality issues, they dismissed my complaint, claiming it was an ‘isolated issue’ despite numerous reviews mentioning the same problem. They also tried to push all responsibility onto Amazon instead of addressing the clear quality problem with their product. the experience with PhD Nutrition was incredibly disappointing. I’d highly recommend avoiding this flavor — especially if you care about product quality and decent customer service. Update : Beth, Thanks for following up and for addressing my concerns. I really appreciate the better customer service this time around and the way you handled this. It’s reassuring to see a company that listens to feedback.
