Discounts not applied and no response from Phd.com
I signed up for a new subscription and the product page showed the fully discounted price but the website charged me full price. I submitted a website request to rectify the price a week ago and, to date, I have been blanked. Not a way to encourage people to be repeat customers. Their website is quirky to say the least and you have to watch like a hawk to ensure it does what it said it is going to do.
