Most of the times Peter Clarke was helpful, trying to speed paperwork and solicitors actions, but sometimes putting unnecessary pressure on buyers/sellers...As a first time buyer I must say I didn't get the best advise in terms of build quality/risks/potential repairs from the agency.

We bought through Peter Clarke recently and I have to say we were very impressed. The negotiation itself was straightforward and we reached a conclusion swiftly. However, the real difference was Melanie as the Sales Coordinator who kept things moving at a time when the sale can drag and a lack of communication between the lawyers can be frustrating. Melanie cut through this and we always felt very well informed. As and when we come to sell I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
