We have had the best experience with the whole team at Peter Clarke, nothing was too much hassle. Unfortunately the sale of our house fell through 3 times, but each and every time they sold the house again within days. We were extremely greatful for this as we were able to keep our purchase going! Renee has been exceptional throughout the whole process. My phone calls and emails were always returned and even when I had my “wobble” moments our morale was always lifted. We highly recommend Peter Clarke and would not hesitate to use them again In the future. We will be sending everyone we know selling their property their way. Thank you for everything you have all done for us. You have an exceptional team. :-).

Very disappointed. I called to book a viewing, changed work and spent time with the mortgage broker checking affordability etc only to be told at 4pm the day before they have sold it. I should have been told others were viewing and it is possible it will sell. I tried to explain this politely to the person on the telephone who rather abruptly told me she only just took the offer. I am sure they must have know the viewing was before. Very poor service with customer service and lack of updates.

Excellent service all round! Initial realistic valuation for quick sale achieved high quality, quick viewings with immediate asking price offers. Stratford branch staff always contactable and give instant feedback on viewings and always kept us informed all the way through sales process. Generally good. Dropped a star as they let things slip after an offer was accepted on the property I was buying and they perhaps felt their work was done. Needed to be chased constantly in that respect. When the property I was selling actually received an offer they were very good. Before that when there was a shortage of interest in the property they seemed to forget I existed for a month.

We had an excellent service from the Leamington Spa branch and each member of the team was extremely helpful. Renee worked with us to ensure all our needs were met when showing our house so that even our cats were accommodated. Once we had a buyer she kept us informed of progress and we valued her experience and expertise when we were concerned about delays. In all a stress free experience. Peter Clarke acted very promptly when instructed, by us, to market our property. We were continuously notified regarding viewings and given feedback and details of offers made.
