Peter Clarke in Stratford-upon-Avon has been a great letting agent during our tenancy over the last 4 years. Sadly we have just moved out of the area, but during our time renting from them we have received nothing but excellent customer service from Emma, our Property Manager (and Pat, prior to her)! I would highly recommend Peter Clarke to anyone considering renting a property in the area.

I fell in love with a house I saw on Rightmove, which was being marketed by Peter Clarke, before my house was on the market. I thought it was a long shot to ask to look around but Matthew at Peter Clarke contacted the vendors and they agreed to a viewing. The house was even better in person so I put my house on the market with Peter Clarke the following week. Matthew and his colleague Renée went above and beyond to help me to sell my house and then put in an offer on the one I’d seen. My house sold on the first day of viewings as it was marketed really well and the team had a database of contacts they were able to call up, who were looking for that type of property. Matthew even took the photos as he has excellent photography skills as well. The whole process took less then three months and I’m now in my dream house and feel really happy and can’t believe it has happened! You get a lot of care and attention from the team at Peter Clarke and I know I got my new home thanks to how they handled my sale and purchase.
