We have recently sold our house PeterClarke. The Leamington Spa team were very good at keeping in touch and responding to queries, even in this period of lockdown. Giles was particularly helpful when further negotiation was required with buyers. We would be happy to use PeterClarke again.

Matthew, Renée, Giles, Helen and all at Peter Clarke, The BIGGEST thank you for making the next chapter of our lives happen and all so professionally and smoothly in the midst of a pandemic when you are all navigating a new normal too. With having a baby only 6 weeks old when we put our house on the market, Peter Clarke always checked in with us to make sure they weren’t encroaching on naps etc - now that is next level service and very personal. The communication from Giles after showing customers around was fantastic with a call straight after each viewing with an update. The communication since we STC from Renée has been outstanding and has always been there so professionally and personally for me when the process of the chain got a little stressful and always ended the call on a giggle. We have actually sold our house and bought our new house through Peter Clarke and couldn’t recommend doing this enough. The communication has been so slick and has gone hand in hand so well between the teams. Peter Clarke Leamington Spa are an absolute dream to work with. I initially met Matthew when he came to value our property. He was really friendly and was honest about what he thought about our house which we appreciated. He gave us some hints and tips on how to sell our property quickly. 6 weeks after being listed with them it sold. Due to unforseen circumstances our sale/purchase took over 7 months to complete. During this time whenever I called Renee, Giles, Mandy and Jane were more than willing to update me or chase for an update. Renee took over sales progression and was excellent at chasing other parties involved in the sale. She kept me informed every step of the way, managed our expectations professionally and when I found things too tough to handle she was more than sympathetic and realistic about what may or may not happen. I can not recommend Peter Clarke Leamington Spa highly enough. They are absolute legends!

The whole team at Peter Clarke Leamington Spa were very helpful throughout the selling process of my mother's house. It was marketed at the right price and prospective buyers were given prompt viewings. Unfortunately my mother died during this process but Renee was very helpful during the delay, while we waited for probate and kept in touch with our buyers; we felt this was supportive to our buyers.
