Peter Clarke Leamington Spa are an absolute dream to work with. I initially met Matthew when he came to value our property. He was really friendly and was honest about what he thought about our house which we appreciated. He gave us some hints and tips on how to sell our property quickly. 6 weeks after being listed with them it sold. Due to unforseen circumstances our sale/purchase took over 7 months to complete. During this time whenever I called Renee, Giles, Mandy and Jane were more than willing to update me or chase for an update. Renee took over sales progression and was excellent at chasing other parties involved in the sale. She kept me informed every step of the way, managed our expectations professionally and when I found things too tough to handle she was more than sympathetic and realistic about what may or may not happen. I can not recommend Peter Clarke Leamington Spa highly enough. They are absolute legends!
