We rented a property through Peter Clarke and Co. The Stratford on Avon office have little regards for us as tenants..they are very pro landlord and only interested in taking your money and large deposits which are unlikely to come back for frivolous reasons. The property we rented has water leaking from the cielings..is damp throughout and we have had a vermin problem for almost 2 years..these are extreme health hazards but we dare complain for risk of being thrown out!! Peter Clarke had a duty of care not to put us in this situation but they are only concerned with money !!!! I would avoid this company and their arrogant staff at all costs.
