The sale of my mother’s house who had just recently passed away was a very difficult time for me but Matt, Pav and the team were so kind and professional it was much easier than I had thought it would be. Five stars for communication, from adequate notice of viewings to feedback and then progress of the sale without being nagged, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. They found lovely purchasers very quickly and the sale went through without any problems. Thank you Peter Clarke Leamington for helping me through this sad time, I will certainly use you again and recommend you to family and friends.

I changed to Peter Clark after my house had been on the market unsuccessfully with another agent. Within the week I had 4 viewings and an offer over my asking price. Giles made the whole process seemless, supporting me right through to exchange. They provided excellent photographs and some great drone footage. The walk through video also presented the property really well. Communication within the whole office was excellent, all knew who I was and about my property in detail.
