Terrible! This company is a complete and utter failure! I ordered my dogs Epiphen a week ago and posted/emailed prescription in good time first class! It’s been a week and my dog ran out of his medication and had 4 seizures in a span of two hours if this company had done as it was supposed to and delivered on time then he would have been fine! Don’t order from them don’t trust them because all you will receive are excuses!
Purchase flea treatment for my cats then saw they were much cheaper on Amazon, sent an email within the hour saying I wanted to cancel. There reply was the order was too far gone to cancel. My advise is check around before you purchase you will find it cheaper elsewhere.

Having placed a canine drug order in late February, I was advised that the associated prescription was out of date which I rectified the same day by sending an updated prescription. Despite chasing the order several times, all I received was automated messages saying prescription was awaiting approval. Now 7 weeks after placing the order I have had enough and cancelled the order.
Our first experience was amazing, thank you! After that... absolutely horrible service. It's definitely NOT customer first. It feels like a bait-and-switch... the first time is great so you come back, then the switch happens. We are looking at others online.

Twice now, they have confirmed that they received my prescription, I wanted for the package, and when it didn't turn up (even though the website says the item was dispatched), they said they never got the prescription email (after they confirmed they did) awful customer service
Amazing company with a great team. I have always used pet drugs online for our specialist dog food however, it is only recently that I started using their prescription function rather than go to the vet... And I am never switching back! I thought the food came fast, but the prescriptions came even faster and as my dog sees a vet outside of town, it is so much easier than driving 30 mins to collect from the vet. Not to mention he takes a lot of medication and it's so much cheaper on pet drugs online. A special shout out to Lydia who helped me when I put everything through wrong on my first order, and talked me through how to re-upload correctly. Excellent, highly recommend!

When the delivery never turns up,they confirm that the carrier has ticked its been delivered and refuse a refund.
In my case,Amazon was able to confirm that my parcel was lost and no delivery was planned.
It was cat food for an ill cat.
I would never order again and I will take this to the next level.

I can't use this company when they use DHL as a courier. We had an urgent prescription for pneumonia and the courier alleged to have attempted delivery when outdoor camera clearly showed otherwise.
This company might be great at dispensing medications but if they can't provide reliable delivery, it puts my pet's health in jeopardy.
Been using this company for a while now for my girls medication and service has been very fast and easy . I recently had a problem which was entirely my fault and the lady I called in customer service was brilliant she resolved the issue within minutes and had my order on its way , I cannot rate highly enough
The food was delivered on a different day to the one I requested, and because no one was home it was returned to the depot. They were supposed to be re delivering, but it still hasn't arrived three weeks later. I have contacted them and all I've heard is it's being 'looked into'.
