I waited 10 days for my order to arrive, I needed to contact you to ask what was happening with my order. I was told that you did not have the product I ordered in your stock and waiting for it to arrive without informing me. I lost 10 day waiting and it was urgent for me. then i was offered an alternative product which is slightly more expensive but as a gesture i was not charged for the difference. when i received the alternative product I realised it is actually smaller then what i ordered originally. I could have gone for black colour instead of brown if i was told that it was not in your stock before waiting for that long. overall i am not very happy with my last order to be honest.

However, I was kept fully up to date on delivery from their chosen courier - which was second to none (they even give estimate date and times for delivery). Goods were as described and packaged well. Products are fantastic but i often find the site will tell me an item isn't in stock but is due in that day, usually to find its a lot longer. Its also then frustrating that the entire order is delayed. Making contact via the web is a total pain! I prefer this than telephone but the site is sooo slow.

The product is good and the assistance I had for a doubt abou tthe ingridients was really superb. However the information about delivery times were quite misleading and when I investigated the person came out with some strange comments. But yes, I shall buy from them again.
