The staff I spoke to on the telephone were always friendly and helpful - but - when I received the Hairmax it had an incorrect plug for the UK. I rang your office and explained to a young woman, and was then sent another incorrect part. I rang again to explain further to a young man, who realised I needed a complete correct plug and lead, and this was finally sent. I have returned the incorrect parts to you.

I was recommended to buy a Paingone Pen by a friend who demonstrated it on me and as it gave me so much relief from neck and shoulder pain so quickly without the need for tablets I sent for one. Found Peak Nutrition web site when looking for my item and was please by the selections they had. Main thing I always look for when buying on line is Pay Pal as so many other web sites don`t use it. Will look again when I need to find something.

However lamp is useless unless someone holds it over the person. It is as if the top has been fitted the wrong way into the base. It does not make sense how it bends upwards unless you can stick to the ceiling. Therefore when I use it, to lie down and have it heating my back someone has to hold it on the spot I want treated or I have to sit up with it perched on something behind my back. Any other feedback on this appliance?
