late and wrong delivery

I waited 10 days for my order to arrive, I needed to contact you to ask what was happening with my order. I was told that you did not have the product I ordered in your stock and waiting for it to arrive without informing me. I lost 10 day waiting and it was urgent for me. then i was offered an alternative product which is slightly more expensive but as a gesture i was not charged for the difference. when i received the alternative product I realised it is actually smaller then what i ordered originally. I could have gone for black colour instead of brown if i was told that it was not in your stock before waiting for that long. overall i am not very happy with my last order to be honest.
