good products but slow service
Products are fantastic but i often find the site will tell me an item isn't in stock but is due in that day, usually to find its a lot longer. Its also then frustrating that the entire order is delayed. Making contact via the web is a total pain! I prefer this than telephone but the site is sooo slow.
