What an amazing company! I could build my PC to my exact specifications. From ordering to delivery, I was kept informed of the progress of my build and even got photos of it when it was built before going through the testing stage. I now have a truly amazing PC that has exceeded my expectations! Thank you so much PCSpecialist!

Good communication throughout and helped fix a Windows update problem shortly after receipt with clear and friendly support over the phone. Have bought from PCSpecialist before, and definitely will do again.

Ordered a case which was supposed to house 4x 3.5 hdds. When they sent me photos of the build I noticed a bracket to hold 2 hdds was missing, so I informed them and they said they would get the bracket for me. PC arrives a week later with no bracket. They are now telling me to contact the case manufacturer directly or they might be able to source it but for an additional fee. Great way to treat a first time customer. Won't be using them again

Great experience overall! The website was easy to use and the PC I received is excellent — really happy with the build quality and performance. There were a few days with no updates or communication during the build, which was a little frustrating, but once it was dispatched it arrived very quickly. Would recommend PC Specialist!

Order 3147618 and supplemental add-ons. Components good but not impressed with build quality. I can only assume positive reviews are for prebuilds. My experience on a bespoke build has been very poor. Cable management to rear involves simple cable tying all cables en bloc and then stretching wires to fans etc. Would be quite nice to access my HDD / SSD bays. 3 intake fans added and were not all placed in same orientation. Just looks messy in a prominent location. AiO pump failed on arrival. RAM modules are bios compatible but not software compatible with Ryzen Master or GIGABYTE Control Centre. Cause software or system crash even when XMP deactivated in BIOS. Some of the wire routing options at the front make no sense when there are hidden options everywhere. Overall, I do not trust that any effort was put into my build. I think PCS should be embarrassed by what they provided for a so-called expert service. So far, after sales have been excellent and are the only reason I have not simply returned the product. When I pay for a service I expect quality. Something off the shelf would have been better than what I received. I will have to redo all the wiring myself, I have to replace the AIO myself, and all this for a bespoke build. I shopped around a lot, and got quotes from multiple other PC builders, and PC Specialist offered the best components, at the best price by far. Throughout the whole process I was kept fully informed by the website, at every step of the way, putting my mind at ease after spending so much money. The PC itself runs wonderfully, I'm playing high end games at high settings without issue, and the build quality inside is so clean and tidy. I genuinely couldn't be happier with my decision to go with buying from PC Specialist, and I will be going straight back to them in the future when I'm due an upgrade.

The PC is excellent. I am delighted with my purchase. However, the delivery time was approximately a week longer than originally anticipated, which was unfortunate. The communication about this was not great. I assume that it failed in testing, but I only knew because the date of testing changed on the order. My calls to Support were less than enlightening as it appeared that there was no direct communication between Support and technicians. One final issue, which I accept was largely my own fault, was that I was attempting to plug in my monitor into (what I thought was) the only visible HDMI port. This did not work. The working HDMI ports are inset and located directly under a "lip" at the rear of the PC. The ports are only easily visible if they are at eye level, which I imagine will rarely be the case. I had the PC on the floor next to my desk, with the rear of the PC facing the wall. When looking from above, the HDMI ports are not visible. The Support operative who assisted me was fantastic in this instance. However, you might wish to consider signposting the working display ports in advance of first use. However, as I say, there is a huge element of "user error" in this regard. But, to re-iterate, these were teething issues, and I am extremely happy with my purchase!

This is the third time I have bought from P C Specialist. The great things are: the freedom to include the parts that I want, with a choice of suitable components that will work together; knowing (and using) expert guidance at all stages; and helpful and friendly human and personal advice when problems arise. The let-downs were that I thought I had ordered partitions in the memory, but there were none. and long response times on the phone. A rapid delivery is useful, but not as useful as the personal service.

This is the second computer I have ordered from PC Specialist, always great service, transparent process that can be viewed through every aspect of the build, always available on the phone or email, my 1st computer bought over 10 years ago, had a lot of problems to start with, but the warranty and service commitments from the company are first rate, that’s why I bought another PC from this company, peace of mind is a big selling point. Definitely recommend

I have recently ordered both a PC & laptop from PC Specialist recently and both were delivered before expected and everything works brilliantly, as ordered. I will certainly be using them again in the future.

I have used PC Specialist a number of times and have typically been extremely happy hence being a returning customer. This build would have been a 5 star however the build came with a GPU mount that was lose and sagging upon arrival, coupled with this I would have expected the BIOS be configured correctly to enable the PCIe USB hub purchased to be working but it was left to myself to update this. Im also a little concerned by the fact I purchased thermal paste and 2 x ARGB strips however only 1 strip was fitted and the other not even included in the spares along with the paste not being included despite not being used as the CPU Cooler used the pre-applied paste. Those little things left a little frustration about the overall service I have become to expect of the usual top class service.
