Appalling customer service! Always on hold for several minutes when I call, always wait several minutes when I get put through. And then whenever everyone’s too busy to answer, they don’t call back, despite saying it’s urgent. Fed up!

Biggest Mistake ever made in Conveyancing. Allowed completion with an unclear title and have not resolved and been ongoing for 12 months. Unfortunately this is the best place for responses, so I will be here again and again until I get replies. Even the client care team are not responding to very simple requests.

You get what you pay for and in this case not a lot! Non existent communication, unless it's something PCS need. Chased for documents sent weeks prior and little to no movement unless you take action. If you are prepared to do all the leg work and pay cut cost prices these are guys for you. If you want conveyancing with speed and support, find yourself a good local firm. In the end I pulled the plug PCS! I was worried a change would slow things down. How wrong I was. My new firm have done more in two days than PCS did in a whole year!!! A big lesson learned at my time and expense.
