It is a nightmare and the worst experience I ever had. The assistant Amy K is ridiculously unreachable, I have contacted her by phone and email many time but not respond. My completion day is on 28 Mar 2025. The seller’s soclitor cannot reach her and even don’t know about the completion date. I have asked about the remaining balance and the breakdown for the final payment, only two days to go but still no reply to me. Should i be the one to responsible working the figures out? I am absolutely unsatisfied with this company, I have sent my complaint to customer care team but no reply. they even don’t care…I am preparing myself to take next step legal action if it can’t complete on the set date. Also would report them to the legal ombudsman.

I was so pleased with the amount of help and support that I received from Emily May. My house sale was far from perfect due to other factors. However Emily was always there when needed. Excellent service

PCS Legal were great in helping to purchase our first home even our case is a little bit complicated. Charlotte is helpful and fast response. The progress was smooth and successfully be completed.

It's hard to start at what went wrong, maybe it should be what has gone right. What went wrong was choosing this company. We are over a year with this company at trying to sort out our mortgage and we still haven't gotten to the end. It's ridiculous, so if you are considering using this company I would advise you to move on. There is a lack of care, a lack of communication and it seems a lack of knowledge. We have to constantly chase to get any answers. We have already had to reapply for our mortgage in principle and it looks like we'll have to do it again. We have had to supply the same information numerous times and still asked to supply it. The "team" doesn't know what either has done so it's repeated time and time again. We have no confidence that we will get our mortgage sorted out. We are now stuck as we have paid as requested and can't afford to find another company. Save yourself the stress and choose another company. This has really dampened our experience as first time buyers

Olivia was extremely friendly and helpful, they kept us informed of developments and always answered any questions in a very professional and timely manner. We will definitely be using these again for our next purchase.

Extremely poor service, poor grasp of the distinction between Leasehold and Landlord & Tenant Law, and questionably opaque handling of funds held on account; the Firm has agreed that a specified sum is due to be reimbursed, but has proved reluctant either to provide an itemised Statement of account or to repay the amount due. Cheap for a reason.

I can honestly say that I have never had such poor service from a company. They made the sale of my house SO stressful. Not proactive in any way whatsoever. It took them about 7 weeks just to send out the draft contract which should have been done straightaway. I ended up sending documents to the buyers solicitor via my estate agent just to ensure they got to them. Trying to phone was hopeless, it took so long to get through to anyone, let alone anyone actually dealing with my sale. PCSLegal were the ones holding up the whole chain all the way through to the point where the other parties were threatening to pull out. I was constantly having to call & email to get them to respond to the buyers solicitor. At one point they took over 6 weeks to answer some questions & only did so when I phoned yet again. They said the emails had gone into their junk mail! That is not an excuse, if they are aware that that happens, then the junk folder should be regularly checked! Everything was done last minute and then to top everything, they took 6 days to transfer me my money with no interest paid. I wouldn't go anywhere near them and am only thankful they were only doing a sale for me and no purchase.

Caroline recently dealt with a post matrimonial property transfer for me and she was fantastic. Dealt with everything promptly and kept me fully updated throughout the process. 10/10, would definitely recommend her and won't hesitate to use her services again.

Fast responses and really helpful staff

I wish I could give stars in negative. My sale is at risk due to carelessness of my solicitor, Sarah J. Been 2 months and I haven’t received a single call from them. My contract exchange was supposed to be done today but no word from my solicitor about deposits, agreement on completion date, contract exchange process. I am frustrated like hell and don’t know where to go. Avoid this firm at all costs and thank me later.
