I would never go near them again

I can honestly say that I have never had such poor service from a company. They made the sale of my house SO stressful. Not proactive in any way whatsoever. It took them about 7 weeks just to send out the draft contract which should have been done straightaway. I ended up sending documents to the buyers solicitor via my estate agent just to ensure they got to them. Trying to phone was hopeless, it took so long to get through to anyone, let alone anyone actually dealing with my sale. PCSLegal were the ones holding up the whole chain all the way through to the point where the other parties were threatening to pull out. I was constantly having to call & email to get them to respond to the buyers solicitor. At one point they took over 6 weeks to answer some questions & only did so when I phoned yet again. They said the emails had gone into their junk mail! That is not an excuse, if they are aware that that happens, then the junk folder should be regularly checked! Everything was done last minute and then to top everything, they took 6 days to transfer me my money with no interest paid. I wouldn't go anywhere near them and am only thankful they were only doing a sale for me and no purchase.
