I wanted to express my disappointment with the level of communication during my property purchase process. I’ve been in the process of purchasing the property since February, and I’ve only received one update after I chased for it. The use of the Move Me In app has been frustrating, especially since it hasn't been updated at all by my team (MPH - Molly). The process of buying a property is already stressful enough, and clear, consistent communication is essential. I truly hope the process will finish successfully, but based on this experience, I will not be using your services again.

Sonia (and her predecessor) had a year long sales deal for my leasehold flat which was fraught with difficulties as the buyers' solicitor asked so many difficult questions. Then the solicitor acting for the freeholder badly held us up by her laziness and Sonia kept her cool through out. She never blamed me for my errors and her patience was 100%
