Pbm are an awful management company please don’t engage their services. They are asking me to cough up 1000’s and 1000’s for a wall that is nothing to do with my flat. They haven’t provided us with any costings. They ignore calls and emails. They constantly ask for money.
Tia Gammanpila answered my question really quickly, and checked in to make sure that I had everything I needed. I was very happy with the service.
PBM management is shocking , there have been about 3 different Managers for my apartments in the last year. They are very quick at billing you however do not actually do anything, our gardens are over grown and a mess, Thomas who is my contact never responds to emails and is never available. Service is shocking but they still take your money, we had 6 visits last year all through summer and it is looking like it will be the same this year so what are they spending our money on? They never reply it’s just not good enough I work in customer service so I know how bad they are.
Olivia Butler was fast to respond and correct a clerical error, very happy with her service All management companies are prone to not delivering the expertise or response rate we need [or hope for] so I rate this as excellent on her part -and hope it sets the bar for PBM on all issues we esperience all too fotn in our building

I wanted to sign up to the portal to allow me to manage things online more easily. Although the process for getting a login was more cumbersome than I expected, I dealt with Olivia Butler and she did a great job of getting me through the various stages - polite and timely instructions throughout.

This review is specifically for the outstanding service received from Charly Bates-Greaves. I had issues with my user account on the portal on a couple of occasions and this was sorted out efficiently and effectively. Charly's a true asset to the organisation. My experience with PBM is still relatively new so here's hoping there's more staff members like Charly.
The development at Centrillion Point is always kept in a good and welcoming condition. Whenever I have needed assistance it has been easy to contact someone at PBM. I had a parking problem this weekend and with the help of Vikesh this has been resolved speedily and professionally, without any fuss for which I am grateful.
I had to contact the Admin team for help logging into my account on the customer portal, I stupidly locked myself out. I had a response to my email promptly and had the help of Charly Bates-Greaves who was most helpful and unlocked my account and provided a new password. Brilliant help, thank you.

Sending our apartment block into disrepair. Since they took over our block around 4 years ago, the up keen and maintenance has been shocking to say the least. Dealt with numerous block managers in that time as they keep coming and going meaning issue's that were addressed nearly 2 years ago are still ongoing and not resolved. The service charge has sky rocketed with no clear explanation as to why when the maintenance of the building has reduced. An example of this is simply cleaning out the buildings guttering, which hasn't been done in years, leading to considerable issue's such as leaks and damp in apartments, huge knock on effects. Not a company to be used. Please ignore the star that i've given it, it's not deserved.
