This Payne unit has been a game changer for our home comfort. Runs much more efficiently than our old system and you can barely hear it running. The installation team was punctual and left everything clean. Only minor complaint is the thermostat could be more user-friendly, but overall very pleased.

Had my Payne AC unit installed last month and couldn't be happier. The technicians were professional, arrived on time, and explained everything clearly. The unit runs quietly and keeps the house perfectly cool even during the hottest days. Worth every penny!
The AC unit itself seems decent quality and cools well enough. However, there were some issues with the initial installation that required a callback. Also took longer to receive the unit than originally promised. Works fine now but the process was frustrating.
Unit cools adequately and seems well-built. Installation was okay but felt a bit rushed. The technicians answered my questions but weren't very thorough in explaining maintenance requirements. It works fine but nothing exceptional about the service.
The AC cools effectively and our energy bills have actually decreased since installation. However, it's noticeably louder than our old unit, especially when it first kicks on. The installation crew was knowledgeable and professional though. Overall satisfied but wish it was quieter.
Been running for 8 months now with no issues. Keeps the whole house comfortable and the smart thermostat integration works perfectly. Installation took longer than expected but the end result is great.
Great cooling performance and the 10-year warranty gives peace of mind. Installation crew was friendly and efficient.
Our electric bills dropped significantly after switching to this Payne unit. The variable speed compressor really makes a difference. Installation was professional and they took time to explain the warranty coverage. Highly recommend!
The Payne AC itself works well and cools efficiently. My main complaint is about the scheduling and communication during installation - had to reschedule twice and wasn't always kept in the loop about delays.
The cooling capacity is adequate for our 2000 sq ft home and it seems well-constructed. Installation went smoothly enough, though I had to point out a few things that weren't quite right initially. Customer service was responsive when I had questions later. It's a solid middle-of-the-road option.
Really impressed with the quality of this Payne unit. Installation was smooth and the team cleaned up after themselves.
