Outstanding Customer Service
It was more than 25 years ago since we last had any dealings with selling a property, and the process has evolved over that time, so we were a little apprehensive. We need not have worried … Emma and her Team were superbly helpful, providing any advice needed, and helpful contacts when asked. Communication was brilliant throughout the entire process. Would we use them again ? ABSOLUTELY !

Throughout the whole process the team delivered, communicated and provided me with reassurance that they were in control and had my best interest in mind. Gill was exceptional. I cannot recommend Paul Meakin enough. From the moment they came to value our house to the day of completion, they were amazing. Amelia took all of the photos of our house and made it look perfect, Michelle helped us to sell it within a few days and Gill was an amazing sales progressor. She helped us through the whole process once under offer and was an incredible support to us. Gill was extremely responsive, keeping us in the loop at all stages and helping to answer any queries.
