Outstanding Customer Service
It was more than 25 years ago since we last had any dealings with selling a property, and the process has evolved over that time, so we were a little apprehensive. We need not have worried … Emma and her Team were superbly helpful, providing any advice needed, and helpful contacts when asked. Communication was brilliant throughout the entire process. Would we use them again ? ABSOLUTELY !

Long distance house move
Sam was very reassuring when I decided to put my house on the market after living there for over 30 years. Everything moved at my pace, everything was clearly explained and I was kept up to date during the process. Once we secured a buyer Gill was brilliant, always available and again constantly kept me updated. I would definite recommend Paul Meakin.

Exceptional customer service and after care.
Just recently sold my property using Paul meakins Estate Agents. I have been using them for many years now. I previously rented, bought and sold over a 13 year period and wouldn't use anyone else. The staff at Paul meakins are very professional, polite and respectful and the standards are very high just what you want from your local Estate agents. I've just completed my sale and I have to give a special mention to Gill Arkwright who dealt with my completion. Gill's customer service skills was exceptional from start to finish highly professional and very knowledgeable. I had a lot of stress with my sale as it fell through twice and finally completed on my third. Gill was very good in dealing with my buyer, solicitor and purchase agent, she responded very quickly and was always happy to talk and put my mind at ease. I would definitely recommend Paul Meakin to anyone who wishes to sale or purchase as your in safe hands with a incredibly reputable company a agency you can trust! Thanks again to everyone.

Paul Meakin are just fantastic estate agents
Sam and Gill and all the team at Paul Meakin have been really excellent, the process of selling our house (through no fault of their own) has taken 15 months and they have been very patient they had buyers for our house within 2 weeks of going to market and we truly believe they are the best agents in South Croydon with the most knowledge of the local area to get you the best price for your house or find you the perfect home. Paul Meakin of Selsdon, were the agents we were buying our house from. Dealing with us was Gill Artwright, she was amazing as she was dealing with a chain of 9 houses. Gill kept us updated and ensured we all were aware of where each of us were on every stage, Gill would be very prompt in returning our calls and emails. Gill went an extra mile and was amazing and brilliant to synchronise all 9 houses to complete and move on the the same day despite nail biting last minute hiccups. To rate Gill as 5 star is underrating her, we give her 10 golden stars.⭐ Thank you Gill Artwright.
