Outstanding Customer Service
It was more than 25 years ago since we last had any dealings with selling a property, and the process has evolved over that time, so we were a little apprehensive. We need not have worried … Emma and her Team were superbly helpful, providing any advice needed, and helpful contacts when asked. Communication was brilliant throughout the entire process. Would we use them again ? ABSOLUTELY !

My experience was great, but the new home isn't.
My experience was great, Amy, Natalie and Gill were supportive from the start to end. I got my keys on Monday. Thanks guys. But the new home we purchased is sham, we only got to know that the roof was leaking at the staircase area when it rained yesterday, the former owners used paint to cover damp at this side and in both rooms due to leaky roof. The kitchen was boarded when they refurbished for selling purpose and the window looking into the garage from the kitchen is visible if you go into the garage. In the sitting room the decking also look damp like there is a leak from the toilet, but it was as well concealed by stain blocker. It's an old building with a noisy decking. The house was painted by former owners to make it look attractive to potential buyers like us. They also left items in the garage which we have to dispose of with money.
