Outstanding Customer Service
It was more than 25 years ago since we last had any dealings with selling a property, and the process has evolved over that time, so we were a little apprehensive. We need not have worried … Emma and her Team were superbly helpful, providing any advice needed, and helpful contacts when asked. Communication was brilliant throughout the entire process. Would we use them again ? ABSOLUTELY !

Excellent from start to finish.
Excellent from start to finish. Sandra valued house and got it on the market. Gill kept us informed all the way through, going over and above the call of duty, not only chasing up solicitors, but everyone else’s solicitors and house agents, making sure we were all on the same page as the moving date got closer. We would highly recommend Paul Meakin Estate Agents.

Sale of 115 Falconwood Road
We put the house on the market early August and completed around the same time in October so the whole process was very quick. We were particularly impressed by the professional way that Sam Weller handled the initial valuation, (which is one reason why PM got the job), and then promptly marketed the house and achieved a prompt sale. The other reason we used PM was that the contract was more flexible and fairer than that proposed by others. Subsequent progress checking, and communications happened but could have been more a bit more pro-active at times maybe requiring more oversight from the manager. However this is a minor observation. We would highly recommend Paul Meakin.
