Outstanding Customer Service
It was more than 25 years ago since we last had any dealings with selling a property, and the process has evolved over that time, so we were a little apprehensive. We need not have worried … Emma and her Team were superbly helpful, providing any advice needed, and helpful contacts when asked. Communication was brilliant throughout the entire process. Would we use them again ? ABSOLUTELY !

As a new buyer and relatively new to the housing markets in the UK, I would rate Paul Meakin team very highly for their professional and ethical attitude throughout the process. Always responded to smallest of our queries, concerns despite the usual constraints posed by lockdown situation when everyone and everything is cramped on time, resources and accessibility. Provided utmost transparency and support while we went through various stages, motions as the process unfolded. At times went out of the way to respond late hours/weekends when needed. Emma and team helped across the process to best of the standards to make the buying experience smooth. Throughout they were very respectful, had sense of service and prompt on sharing needed info on chain, progress, process etc within the professional limits. Very much recommend for their association and services. Thanks to everyone from PM who helped us get our first ever house ! Thanks and Regards

Finding Buyers in a Lockdown
I guess if the test is being able to find buyers of a house in a nationwide lockdown before the stamp duty holiday runs out then Paul Meakin showed what they can do. Outstanding reach into the market, first class communications and simply a pleasure to work with. Just could not have asked for anything more - great job Sam and the team !
