Outstanding Customer Service
It was more than 25 years ago since we last had any dealings with selling a property, and the process has evolved over that time, so we were a little apprehensive. We need not have worried … Emma and her Team were superbly helpful, providing any advice needed, and helpful contacts when asked. Communication was brilliant throughout the entire process. Would we use them again ? ABSOLUTELY !

Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience. Racists in fact. A few months ago I put an offer on a property. Sent multiple emails and phone calls for an update, did not receive a response. Found out the property was sold, wasn't even informed by them or given the option to negotiate. Natalie was not a pleasant woman to deal with, stay away from this estate agent if possible if you want a smooth transaction. Managed to buy my dream home now with an estate agent that actually care about my needs and respected me.
