It was more than 25 years ago since we last had any dealings with selling a property, and the process has evolved over that time, so we were a little apprehensive. We need not have worried … Emma and her Team were superbly helpful, providing any advice needed, and helpful contacts when asked. Communication was brilliant throughout the entire process. Would we use them again ? ABSOLUTELY !

We made an online enquiry on a Saturday night and had a phone call response on the next day, Sunday, booked us in for a viewing the next Tuesday, so super fast. Really lovely staff and especially Amy Reynolds who showed us a property and had done her homework about the house, we felt in good hands. Would definitely like to deal with this agency again.

All the staff at Selsdon were helpful and efficient. My house went on the market on March 1st and was sold on 22nd March. All the viewings were carried with care and regard for my home. I would certainly recommend Paul Meakin

I cannot thank Paul Meakin enough, especially Sam at the Selsdon office. Incredibly professional but at the same time personable. I know this is her job but she just goes the extra mile all the time and she really does know every aspect of a sale and purchase. She always has an answer and if not, gets it as soon as she can. Extremely responsive. She dealt with our sale and purchase which was stressful at times but Sam was always on the end of the phone reassuring or helping, even out of hours. We would also like to thank the girls in the office who stepped up and assisted if Sam for any reason was not available. Again, all accommodating.

Throughout the entire selling process all the staff at Paul Meakin Selsdon have been fantastic working tirelessly to make sure the sale remained on track, despite some difficulties with the buyer. They always kept us updated with the latest and offered good sound advice throughout. Some impressed that two of my daughters also used their services through this same period.
