Outstanding Customer Service
It was more than 25 years ago since we last had any dealings with selling a property, and the process has evolved over that time, so we were a little apprehensive. We need not have worried … Emma and her Team were superbly helpful, providing any advice needed, and helpful contacts when asked. Communication was brilliant throughout the entire process. Would we use them again ? ABSOLUTELY !

I recently had the responsibility of selling my parents house, my parents are 90 and 93 years old and suffering from dementia. I employed Paul Meakin Estate Agents in Selsdon, one of the best decisions I've ever made. The whole team were brilliant, from the manager, Sam Weller and ALL who work under her, they were all fantastic but a special thank you from myself and my parents goes to Heather Beaumont who far exceeded any of our expectations. She was professional, patient, polite, proactive, efficient with excellent communication skills. Dealing with my parents is difficult for me let alone for a stranger. I think they looked forward to the viewings just to see Heather. Even after the sale I realised that I had forgotten to take meter readings, I called Heather and asked her to call the buyers for the information, needless to say I had it within the hour! I cannot recommend Heather and the branch highly enough.

I sold through Paul Meakin and from start to finish was very well looked after. The whole team were clear about what was happening and made the sales process a lot less stressful than usual. Every member of the team were on point & proactive to push my sale through and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I chose Paul Meakin to deal with an Executor’s sale on the basis of an initial meeting at the property with Sam Weller, the Manager of the Selsdon branch. Her enthusiasm and knowledge of the local property market were immediately apparent. After we had instructed the agency to market the property, the service Sam and her team provided went way over and above what I had expected. Particularly helpful, since I was selling the property from a distance, were the offer to “keep an eye” on the property while it was unoccupied, helping to find someone to clear the property, taking final meter readings the day before completion and, of course, finding a good buyer. All “part of the service”. I can’t recommend Paul Meakin too highly.

Sam Weller at Paul Meakin
Sam Weller at Paul Meakin, Selsdon Branch dealt with the sale of my property. She was very intuitive to its current market value and priced it competitively. I was also offered the lowest sale commission rate compared to two other local firms. Once instructed the property was quickly advertised and marketed. A buyer was quickly found who was in a good position to buy it. I was updated throughout the sale as issues arose and were dealt with. I would recommend Sam and Paul Meakin to others.
